Cabco Partners With Nickelodeon To Bring Kids' Favorite Nick Jr. Programming To Retail Store Aisles Via TV Kart'

Dora the Explorer, The Wonder Pets and The Backyardigans to Keep Kids Entertained While Parents Get Their Shopping Completed

Chicago, Ill/NEW YORK- Nov. 7, 2007 -- Nickelodeon & Viacom Consumer Products and Cabco Group today announced an innovative new licensing partnership that will bring Nick Jr.'s top programs to kids accompanying their parents and caregivers on shopping trips via their increasingly popular TV Kart.

Designed for use by parents and caregivers of children aged between two and five years, TV Kart™ engages children so parents can relax and transform their shopping experience in retail stores. Inside each TV Kart™, there is a steering wheel, interactive buttons on the dashboard, and a 7-inch TV monitor on which children watch selected TV programs. There is seating for two pre-school children and appropriate safety belts aboard each TV Kart. The parent or caregiver can select what their children watch from a range of Nick Jr. programs including Dora the Explorer, The Wonder Pets and The Backyardigans. TV Kart™ has a large basket for purchases - its capacity is the same as a regular shopping cart.

New technology in TV Kart™ will also allow mobile advertising and promotional messages to be presented directly to parents and caregivers as they make their product selection while kids watch non-commercial content. Adult-targeted messages will be played on the outside of the screen from a seven-inch monitor while their children are happily viewing their favorite shows on the monitor on the inside of the TV Kart™. In addition to advertising messages, shoppers will receive an exciting range of services and information from the adult monitor on their TV Kart™. This new feature will allow TV Kart to be provided to shoppers free of charge.

According to Doug Bartlett, Chief Executive Officer, Cabco "Nickelodeon's pre-school programs are firm favorites with parents and children and we are delighted to be working with them to keep kids and moms happy in stores. We look forward to adding these wonderful programs to our portfolio and satisfying the huge customer demand for them in our TV Kart™.
